Last year most property sales in Windsor involved terraced properties which sold for on average £548,200. Flats sold for an average price of £351,157, while semi-detached properties fetched £476,531.
Windsor, with an overall average price of £486,810, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Old Windsor (£462,924), but was more expensive than Eton Wick (£324,650) and cheaper than Eton (£513,883).
During the last year, sold prices in Windsor were 11% up on the previous year and 19% up on 2012 when the average house price was £409,832.
