Wixford, with an overall average price of £485,000 was more expensive than nearby Alcester (£241,547), Bidford-On-Avon (£250,623) and Salford Priors (£201,096).
During the last year, sold prices in Wixford were 55% up on the previous year and 29% down on 2011 when the average house price was £680,000.
