Most of the sales in Woking over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £599,683. Flats had an average sold price of £203,114 and terraced properties averaged at £253,759.

Woking, with an overall average price of £352,040 was more expensive than nearby Goldsworth Park (£233,883), but was cheaper than Horsell (£443,109) and Pyrford (£454,222).

In the past year house prices in Woking were 6% up on the year before and similar to 2010 when they averaged at £345,021.
