Most of the sales in Wollaton over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £316,404. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £185,152 and terraced properties averaged at £153,902.
Wollaton, with an overall average price of £262,539, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Bramcote (£268,918), but was more expensive than Aspley (£145,258) and Beeston (£217,258).
In the past year house prices in Wollaton were 13% up on the year before and 16% up on 2015 when they averaged at £226,281.
