Last year most property sales in Woolton involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £200,628. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £155,574, while detached properties fetched £348,112.
Woolton, with an overall average price of £217,758 was more expensive than nearby Halewood (£151,765) and Garston (£201,867), but was cheaper than Allerton (£240,688).
During the last year, sold prices in Woolton were 12% up on the previous year and similar to 2009 when the average house price was £214,258.
