I have recently sold my property in Cornwall. It took just 6 weeks to find a buyer. And the company I found a online estate agents, called Changinghouse.
I found them spoke to them and just thought I will give them a try. They are not the most prestigious company, more like a no frills company. But they were keen and did their job efficiently.
