Save time by sending one email to all agents & developers that have property in your Rightmove search results page!
Step One
Carry out a buying, renting or new homes search for property on Rightmove in the area of your choice as you would normally.
Step Two
If there are fewer than 70 agents and / or developers that have property in your search then you will automatically see our new 'one email to all' form at the bottom or at the right hand side of your property search results.
If this form is not available to you in your initial property search results then you will see this message.
In order to see the 'one email to all' form you will need to refine your property search. Refining your property search can be done in many ways i.e reducing the scale of your price bracket or by selecting a specific property type e.g Detached from the drop down menus.
If you still cannot see the 'one email to all' form, you will need to refine your search further.
Step Three
Select the agents & developers that you want to send an email to and complete your details.
Step Four
Tick whether or not you want to receive news from Rightmove and click Send. Your email will then be sent to all agents & developers that you selected along with details of the search criteria for property that you have run.
Step Five
Wait for your response from agents & developers that you have emailed!
