Our clients are, typically, professional or business people; with little time to spend trawling through the internet or trudging from agent to agent. Working in conjunction with our own agency, together with a selection of the other, most respected and trusted agents, we offer them a far safer and less time consuming way of finding their ideal property with a service which is entirely free and well proven.

• At no stage do we charge you a fee for the services we provide.
• We genuinely specialize in and focus on, the most desirable coastal village of Moraira and the surrounding area of Benissa, Jalon, Benitachell & Javea.
• We support and guide our clients through the entire purchase procedure, ensuring their experience is the safe, secure, stress free and fun experience that buying a home in the sun should be.
• We are not part of a franchise; we are a small partnership providing a bespoke service to a strictly limited number of private clients, on an individual & personal basis.
• We offer all our buying clients a written condition report, prepared by a UK qualified surveyor, and a legal ‘health check’, at our expense, prior to payment of a 10% deposit.
• We do not accept any payments from professionals whose services we may recommend. Where we can, we do negotiate discounts, for the direct benefit of our client.
