The two Principals of Doubloon Real Estate Ltd are:

David Farrin: Since moving to St. Lucia in 2003, David Farrin, Managing Director of Doubloon Real Estate, has sold in excess of 140 villas and apartments to foreign investors. During this time he has run the sales office for Discovery, Marigot Bay, launched The Landings development in Rodney Bay and worked on the Le Paradis project at Praslin.

John Verity: Resident in St Lucia for eight years, John Verity, as the Managing Director of Doubloon International Ltd, was responsible for the development of Discovery at Marigot Bay, the pioneer of upscale apartment hotels in St Lucia. Currently he is working on new project opportunities and will help Doubloon Real Estate secure marketing contracts with such projects.

Doubloon Real Estate is located in the heart of Rodney Bay, on the first floor of offices situated behind the famous Big Chef restaurant.
