We have worked in the field of property and construction for over 25 years in Germany, Britain and Ireland. We have an extensive knowledge of the property market in these countries and recently took over the long established company “M. Schmaldt-Immobilien/German Property Services” to meet the increasing demand in properties in the Mosel/Rhine/Hunsrueck area.
We use our extensive knowledge of the area and of the local housing market to recommend only properties which meet the criteria of suitable location, sound structure, future saleability and value for money

We accompany you with well-founded knowledge, qualified advice and comprehensive care to make it a pleasure for you to buy through us.
We listen very carefully to your requirements and present you only with properties we believe are a good choice for you personally. We advise you on every property and narrow it down to the ones that fulfil your criteria.
Our portfolio includes houses, flats and plots of land which are exclusive to us. We also work together with other estate agents in the area and private vendors, who do not want to advertise their properties on the open market.
We assist and accompany you when viewing properties and we can organise fully guided viewing trips to suitable properties. This gives you the advantage of getting transport and having our knowledge at hand to answer questions regarding the purchase of property in Germany and the area.
A typical viewing trip will take place over one to two days, by the end of which we will be in a position to narrow down the choice and focus on your favourites.
Since many of the houses need refurbishments and renovations to some degree, we will also give you well-founded advice on all aspects to be considered in that respect. With our experience of the building trade we can offer solutions to suit your individual requirements.
We can also just meet you for a viewing of one particular property if you wish, and we can also arrange viewings for properties in our region, which you have found on the general internet.
After having chosen your property, we take you through the whole buying and legal process. We negotiate the purchase price with the vendor and advise on all matters in connection with taxation or local council issues.
For our clients who don’t speak much or no German we offer various Carefree Packages to overcome language difficulties and guarantee a smooth transaction, with twelve months aftercare.
