Ray himself, worked for a large FMCG Company for over 35 years in business development, personnel and purchasing roles. He has experience in PR and event management.
He has played a key part in promoting cultural change within his previous company and was a specialist in compensation and benefits and organisation/role design.
His commercial customers have included BA, Virgin, McDonalds, Little Chef and other major organisations. He has also worked with foodservice wholesalers such as 3663, Brake and DBC.
He was responsible for his company?s very successful sales presence at the 2002 Commonwealth Games in Manchester following which, he successfully created a strategy and a sales team for the public sector. He has experience of public sector tendering.
He also runs a successful web based business, promoting property sales in Malta !
