My name is Sara Ann Morton and I am the founder of S.A.Morton Real Estates based in London. I specialise in Sales, Lettings, Relocation and Property Finding in London, Europe and the Caribbean.
I am from London and have worked in Real Estate for 21 years in South West London, predominately Kensington, Chelsea, Putney and Richmond. Much of this was managing successful high street offices for eminent luxury estate agency brands, with rapid promotion as a result.
I founded S.A Morton Real Estates in 2018 and expanded my business Internationally to include Europe and the Caribbean in 2019. My aim is to offer a bespoke service to my clients, in all aspects of estate agency without the time constraints that can be attributed to managing a high street office.
I am passionate about helping people as is reflected in choosing to become a Metropolitan Police Officer prior to my estate agency career. My values in my business and that of my team are to offer excellent customer service, to act with integrity, honesty, transparency, confidentiality, and loyalty at all times.
The world is currently unified by the effects of COVID-19 which has disrupted the property market in many areas, but with a realistic and positive approach, I believe the residential market can still move forward.
One of the most noticeable changes is working from home since COVID-19 in the UK, with 60% of employers to encourage their employees to work from home more often. The average employee now expects to work from home and average of 1.25 days per week after COVID-19. This has already seen an increase in buyers moving out of London in search of more space to accommodate the home office, a permanent move overseas or a holiday home to take longer breaks whilst still being able to work. To expand my business overseas has allowed me to offer a greater service to both clients and buyers wishing to take this opportunity.
My personal interests and passions are of course property and everything property related but I also love sport, namely, rugby, gymnastics, running and horse riding but the list does not end there! Keeping fit has always been important to me and certainly helps in running a successful business.
