We bought a property in Mar de Pulpi in October 2012. We were looking for a possibility of nice time spent at the sea for us, our family and friends. We were impressed by the pretty environment in the complex, as well as in front of it - nicely cut and presented green areas, flowers and trees.
During the past 2 years we have been coming regularly to Mar de Pulpi with our friends between April and October and we were happy to know that during these months we can go to the sea and swim there with the sea temperature being between 24 and 29 °C.
There have been a few occasions, when we wanted to come with more family members at the same time, but an apartment with 2 bedrooms is optimal for 4 people. Since we are expecting meeting with our family in Mar de Pulpi in the future, with our children and their families or other friends, in October 2014 we decided to buy another similar property with 2 bedrooms.
We are convinced that it will be a good investment for the future. Gradually also our expectations about the improvement of the services in the complex are being fulfilled, such as general services, restaurants etc.
