The views are spectacular, and the local people are warm and welcoming, with lots of local fiestas through the warmer months.
The village is steeped in history from the Spanish Civil War, when it was bombed for 115 days by Franco. Part of the old village stands majestically on the hill, evidence of the former horrors of war, but it's now officially an open air museum dedicated to peace, and there is a guide route going through the area, also with information plaques in English.
If history is your thing, this area will amaze you, and you can ride a bike between all the relevant villages in the area visiting all the different sites.
The local food and wine is excellent and cheap, not like the prices on the coast, and there is a free fresh water filling station close to this finca.
An hour from Reus airport, 45 minutes to the coast, come and see thr real Spain.
