From the hallway a stairway goes up to the three bedrooms while separate steps go down to the lower level and gymnasium. To the right is the living/dining area and beyond that the kitchen. Above the hallway is a top floor side terrace accessed from the master bedroom suite. On this terrace there is a five person Jacuzzi which enjoys stunning views across the straits to Turkey. The living room, which has large sliding doors to the patio, has a modern open fireplace with black granite surround.

The kitchen is fully equipped with Neff appliances including a ceramic hob, fan oven, extractor fan, dishwasher, and American-style fridge freezer. Worktops are of black granite with range of storage units below. The kitchen is fully equipped with new white china, Stellar saucepans and cutlery. In front of the kitchen patio doors is a covered al fresco dining area.

Above is the master bedroom, with large storage wardrobes (including a room safe) and en-suite shower room having twin basins inset into a solid granite top, a W/C, bidet and curved shower unit. The en-suite double bedroom has fitted wardrobes (also with room safe) and a front-facing balcony, integral shower-room with shower, basin and W/C.

Mains water and electricity are connected to the property. Drainage is to a new septic tank. The property has a back-up generator and a 40m3 freshwater holding tank to ensure adequate water pressure at all times.

The Villa is a 20 minute drive from the airport. The nearest supermarket is 10 minutes away, with a smaller Minimarket and Baker 5 minutes away in the small town of PaleoKastro. Samos Town is a 15minute drive

The nearest beach is at Kervelli bay which is directly below the villa. At the Beach is an excellent Taverna where we regularly eat. There are also excellent tavernas at Klima, Posidonia, Psilli Amos, Pythagoria, and Samos Town.

From the UK there are direct flights to Samos from May to late September on a Wednesday and Thursday from London Gatwick Airport. For the remainder of the year the island can be reached daily from London Heathrow [Via Athens]
