There are 4 main very large, airy en-suite bedrooms, two upstairs and two downstairs, one of which is in a separate, but adjoined building. Two further bedrooms are attached to the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and share bathrooms, and thus six bedrooms are presently provided.

The Dining Room is located off the fully equipped, Western Style Kitchen, and has double doors that open onto a hardwood patio, with an additional outdoor dining area. The Villa is used by the present owners twice a year for extended visits, but is otherwise rented out as holiday accommodation with an on-site Management Company, who look after all arrangements with visiting clients. They also manage a superb club with extensive facilities and a restaurant just 100 meters away. Typically the Villa is rented out at USD500 per night, and enjoys excellent occupancy.
