Deep in the Armagnac country of South-West France, this spacious, renovated house comes with a letting property, large barns and outbuildings and more than half an acre of land. Our advice - snap it up before someone else does!
The property consists of two dwellings, one of which brings in an income. The main farmhouse has 2/3 bedrooms, a large living room/kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The small house, named ‘La Petite Cave’ is neat, completely self-contained and well fitted. Both properties are renovated. The land measures approximately 2500m² (0.6 of an acre) and there are a number of large barns/outbuildings. The combined annual local taxes amount to around €650.
The farmhouse has 120m² of habitable space and comes with a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with double oven, gas hob and microwave. This room is spacious and the sitting room and dining area are at the far end making a homely living room.
The master bedroom has large glass doors opening on to a small patio with views over the garden. The en-suite shower/wet room is a good size and there is plenty of wardrobe space and storage.
