The newly built LOZENETS VIP HOMES residential complex is located to the north of the central beach of the resort of Lozenets. It is situated on the rocks which gradually descend down to the sea and it is surrounded by three beach strips. The developing company offers the following payment options:
1) Deposit of 10% of the price upon reservation of the apartment and payment of the rest of the price within 30 days. The ownership of the property is transferred on the day of the payment of the full price.
2) Deferred payment for a period chosen by the buyer and an annual interest of 10% on the remainder of the sum. The first installment must be at least 20% of the asking price. An agreement is signed between the buyer and the developing company. The ownership of the property is transferred after the price of the property is fully paid.
