Ian Sinclair, Chartered Surveyor and Estate Agent was founded by Ian Sinclair in the Spring of 1993 following a successful career in one of the leading firms of Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents in the East Coast Region. The business started with the opening of an office in Gorleston High Street and after 12 months a second office was opened on Hall Quay.

Ian Sinclair is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and has 37 years experience in the property market of Great Yarmouth, Gorleston On Sea and the surrounding villages.

The business employs a total of 11 staff, all of whom are highly motivated and give a friendly and professional service to all clients, both vendors and prospective purchasers.

Ian Sinclair - I started in the profession in 1963, qualified in 1970, was made a Fellow of the RICS in 1977.

Ian Sinclair is pleased to offer a full range of professional property services throughout the Great Yarmouth and Gorleston areas.

Located in the heart of the busy of High Street shopping area with a large free car park within a few hundred yards walking distance (at the rear of the Somerfields Superstore).

Gorleston-On-Sea which adjoins Great Yarmouth immediate south of the River Yare is also very popular with residents and tourists, with features including attractive promenade and seafront, sandy beaches and an interesting Harbour.
