The business started with the opening of an office in Gorleston High Street and after 12 months a second office was opened on Hall Quay.
Ian Sinclair is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and has 37 years experience in the property market of Great Yarmouth, Gorleston On Sea and the surrounding villages.
The business employs a total of 11 staff, all of whom are highly motivated and give a friendly and professional service to all clients, both vendors and prospective purchasers.
Ian Sinclair - I started in the profession in 1963, qualified in 1970, was made a Fellow of the RICS in 1977.
