suite. It includes a bedroom and has its own living room with sitting furniture and LCD TV, as well as a small kitchen. Inside the kitchen, there is also the table for dining. Naturally, it also has a
suite bathroom with a bathtub.

The charming courtyard of the villa is a truly special part of the residence. On one side, there is a dining table set under the shade of an olive tree and on a beautifully maintained lawn. The other part of the courtyard is reserved for a modern swimming pool(25 m², 1.7 m)with a waterfall, with the ability of a massage or recreational counter flow. Here, you will also find garden furniture.
