Conyngham Hall Business Centre is located on the A59 in Knaresborough, 4 miles east of Harrogate and 15 miles west of York. The A59 links to the A1M affording excellent road connections to Leeds and further afield.

The business centre is only a short walk from the train station which has regular services to Leeds and York making it easy to get to Conyngham Hall from anywhere in the country.

DESCRIPTION

Conyngham Hall has a rich history dating back to Tudor times, originally built as an impressive private residence. The Hall was converted into a business centre in 1995 and refurbished in 2020, whilst retaining its many period features, the offices and communal spaces were refreshed, to offer an inspiring working environment for today's businesses.

There are 35 offices in total at the Business Centre spread across the Main Hall and the converted Stables/Coach House. The offices range in size from 120 sq. ft. to 700 sq. ft. and it is possible to combine some of the offices to create larger units to meet changing requirements. Conyngham Hall can meet the needs of your business as it grows.

The offices have excellent natural light, high ceilings, large sash windows and great views making these offices an enjoyable place to work.

We have installed the latest ultra-fast fibre optic broadband technology, providing a reliable internet connection. As your business grows you have the option of increasing your connection speed and data usage.

Anyone taking an office at the business centre has free access to the impressive boardroom with its ornate gold leaf plasterwork for meetings, an ideal space to impress your clients/visitors. Less formal meetings can be taken in one of the many break out spaces.

Conyngham Hall offers an Ad hoc reception, not only will you and your visitors be greeted by a friendly face, but anything you need from accepting deliveries to printing, they have it covered when on site.

Each office has allocated parking, there is visitor parking and parking permits are available for the adjoining public car park.
