In the center of a small village, overlooking the fascinating hills of Monferrato, region of great wines and food excellence, we find this exclusive resort. Surrounded by a large park, the property is an old 18th-century farmhouse finely restored respecting the original architecture and it stands on a hill from which it is possible to enjoy the view of a magnificent panorama over the entire valley and the surrounding hills. The farmhouse, inaugurated in July 2005, has ten bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a large living area with fireplace, a lovely restaurant that opens onto a delightful internal courtyard. Next to the main farmhouse, a modern two-storey dependance has recently been built, from whose windows it is possible to admire the wonderful panorama. Very interesting is also the typical and suggestive cellar dug into the tuff completely restored and with "infernot", today listed on the UNESCO World Heritage Site List.
The property is completed by a large outdoor swimming pool with sun terrace, a red clay tennis court, and a multifunctional field.
The land, of about 2 hectares, is characterized by orchards, woods, and hazelnuts surrounding the property. The area where the property is located is particularly touristy, thanks to the proximity of the picturesque villages of Monferrato and Langhe, the Po River Park, the Ligurian Sea, and the mountains. It is located one hour from Milan, Turin, and Genoa.
