Indoor layout:  The villa greets you with a grand entrance hall before leading you into a fully equipped modern kitchen and living room with floor-to-ceiling windows.  At one end of the main living space, passing by the kitchen you are led to a television room which also has terrace access.  By taking the stairs at the other end of the living room to the lower ground you embark on the bedrooms, gym, and cinema room.

Outdoor layout: At ground floor level the villa boasts a large dining terrace with outdoor kitchen and ample seating.  The big swimming pool has plenty of space for sunbathing, whilst taking in the excellent sea views.  The guest bedrooms on the lower ground floor have access to their own small garden areas, and running down the side of the house is a private pathway taking you down to a small cove to access the sea.
