Perfectly set in the amazing landscape of the Apecchio (PU), in a hilly position reachable through an asphalt road , this property consist of an Hotel with restaurant, 4 restored buildings, a small church and more than 40 hectares of land. The podere is near the village of Apecchio (Pesaro Urbino) , a characteristic village in the Umbrian-Marche Apennines, in Montefeltro's historic lands, a territory straddling the Marche region of Umbria and Tuscany.
The name of the estate "Le ciocche" comes from the agglomeration of cobbled buildings and scattered in the farmland. The most important building, for historical purposes, is the small chapel located on the side of the road, dating from around 1500.
Surrounded by woods, valleys, meadows and streams of crystalline mineral and sulphurous water, all seasoned with a healthy climate, dry in winter and warm in summer.
All the buildings have been completely restored in total respect of the typical materials used for the details: handmade marche terracotta floors, natural chestnut beams and window frames, stone walls , ready to use with furniture, fittings and all the necessary to live in.
The hotel have 9 simple but comfortable rooms with en-suite bathrooms; some of which, if necessary, can become "apartments".
The property is currently running as accommodation business. Thanks to its independent layout, the Hotel and Restaurant, they can be easily rented out to third parties.
The property includes about 400,000 square meters of land , fields and woods,and a pool can be built after receiving the necessary authorizations. The small and gracious Church it's well conserved, perfect for weddings and baptisms.
