Mae canolfan Glasdir wedi'i lleoli yn nhref farchnad Llanrwst oddi ar yr A470, oddeutu 15 milltir o gyffordd 19 yr A55 a 5 milltir o Fetws-y-coed.

Disgrifiad
Mae'r Cyngor wedi symud llyfrgell y dref yma, sydd erbyn hyn yn meddiannu'r rhan fwyaf o'r llawr gwaelod. Mae nifer fechan o weithwyr y Cyngor yn defnyddio rhan o'r llawr cyntaf. Mae yna lifft i gyrraedd y llawr cyntaf a maes parcio mawr y tu ôl i'r adeilad sydd hefyd yn eiddo i'r Cyngor.

Cyfle
Mae gan y Cyngor un swyddfa wag ar y llawr cyntaf sy'n cael ei chynnig trwy brydles ar y farchnad. Y bwriad yw denu busnesau lleol a throi'r adeilad yn ganolbwynt gwledig ffyniannus ar gyfer pobl Llanrwst a'r fro. Mae yna hefyd le ychwanegol ar y llawr gwaelod, y gellir ei logi ar gyfraddau fesul yr awr.

Location
Glasdir is located to the north of Llanrwst with direct access from the A470, approx. 15 miles from J19 of the A55 North Wales Expressway and approx. 5 miles from Betws y Coed.

Description
The Council has relocated its Library from the adjacant site and it now occupies the majority of the ground floor space. The first floor is occupied in part by Council employees. There is lift to access the first floor and a large car park to the rear which is also owned by the Council.

Opportunity
The Council currently has one vacant offices on the first floor which we are offering to the market by way of lease, the intention is to attract local businesses with a view to the building becoming a thriving rural hub for the people of Llanrwst and the surrounding areas. There is also additional space on the ground floor, which can be hired at hourly rates.
