Come with me, I'll take you home, go up the stairs of flat tiles (they are the old bricks used as tiles) and go straight to the first floor where we find the large living room with its imposing fireplace, a bright, spacious, warm room with a ceiling with exposed beams and terracotta tiles (which we find in all the rooms of the farmhouse) that enhance the spaciousness, a refined and welcoming space that will immediately make you feel at home, all the other rooms face onto it. on the left the large kitchen, very bright and with a very high ceiling, perfect environment to share food, wine and chatter, followed by the master bedroom, exaggeratedly large with a small lounge for relaxing and a private bathroom, on the other side there are 3 double rooms, all facing the sea, with brick details on the walls, soft and delicate colors, relaxing and comfortable environments for the whole family and for your friends. On the wall opposite the entrance there is the second bathroom and the comfortable wooden staircase that goes to the attic where two rooms and a living room have been obtained. The view from here cannot be described with words. Let's go back out and go to the ground floor, here there are two very large rooms, two open spaces that are currently separate but easy to reconnect that were left rough. They have both ceilings with beams and tiles and here you can play with imagination and create everything you want, 3 apartments to rent for example and let's not forget the 3 annexes, they too could be apartments to rent, it would be a great solution entrepreneurial, or you can make a SPA, a games room, a party room .... whatever you want. The sea at 40 min and not just any sea, but the coast of Conero, the airport Ancona / Falconara at 40 min. Macerata, Jesi, Ancona also quickly reachable. I would say a great location.
