This is one of our spacious country properties in Spain, located only a few minutes away from the beach and all necessary amenities. This wonderful country property is devided into two floors. On the first floor onw will find the main house and on the ground floor, which is adjacent to the garden and huge pool, you will find a separate apartment.

Next to the entrance of the house, there is a covered terrace. From this side of the house via a flight of stairs leads up to the roof terrace, which offer stunning views of the surrounding mountains, the town of Caleta de Velez and the sea. The propery also benefits from having various terraces, which all have fantatsic views.

The property consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a very spacious living room with a fireplace. The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with bath facilities.

The kitchen in the main house is recently built-in, so completely new and never been used.

From the kitchen there is a door which offers access to the exterior of the property, around the corner is the staircase down to the garden area, with some fruit trees, such as tangerine. Now one arrives at the large terrace, many parts of which are covered. There is a bathroom, outdoor kitchen and barbecue area. Here is also the entrance to a second, spacious kitchen, which the current owner uses most as it offers easy access from the terrace area, where one can enjoy outdoor meals.
