This apartment is situated along the riverside. The water is fast moving at this point and makes a wonderful backdrop as well as giving soothing background noise.

The apartment has a communal entrance which is very well maintained leading into the private apartment which is characterised by high ceilings. One of the neighbours regularly cleans the communal entrance.

The kitchen is fully equipped and built in. There is enough room in this room for a small table to eat in the kitchen. Most of the time, you will want to eat outside through the French Doors. The Terrace is framed by two sets of French doors.

There are two double bedrooms, one of which has a built in cupboard.

The main living room measures 24 mq and is large enough to house a large sofa as well as a full-sized dining table.

There is a ante-room that then leads into the bathroom. The bathroom is a little dated and has a tub with a shower head on top. The methane boiler is here as the apartment is heated by town gas.

Outside, the famous Bar Italia is just 80 meters down the road in front of the apartment. There is also the Post Office, a restaurant, chemist, general store, and grocery store. The bus stop is only 80 m away from the apartment with regular services to Lucca and beyond.

Bagni di Lucca Villa is about 10 minutes walk away. Here there are more shops, bars, restaurants and a twice-weekly market.
