History
We're proud of the region's rich history, so much so that our name is born directly from its diverse landscape and industrious heritage. Austin comes from a great British institution, the Healey Motor Company famed for their Austin-Healey car that was manufactured in Warwick.
Heath is a reference to Heathcote, the Village's precise location and is also a nod to the open, and wild, moorland that gave birth to the region. Today, you won't have to look far to get a glimpse of the best nature has to offer. Nor will you have to search for the warm affection locals still feel for what was, in motoring terms, an industrial revelation.

The nearby communal facilities have been furnished to a very high standard and are designed to offer our residents a warm and inviting ambiance, combined with a homely feel.
Our hospitality package includes one cooked three-course meal per day (lunch or dinner) which we can deliver to your home, or you can enjoy in the comfort of the village restaurant. The village minibus is also available for planned shopping trips and excursions.
