Gateway 14 sits immediately alongside the A14, the principal trunk route for UK logistics connecting the Midlands and the UK’s largest and busiest container port at Felixstowe, which serves as a primary route for export to European and world markets.

The site is 26 miles from the Port of Felixstowe, 12.5 miles to Ipswich and the A12, and 45 miles to M11 and linking to the wider motorway network.

Sizewell C
Sizewell C will be a 3.2-gigawatt power station generating low-carbon electricity for around 6 million homes, which will be a close copy to Hinkley Point C.
