Located on a beautiful hilltop in “Choras Nero” area, the villa stands out on the top of 1,2 acres landscaped plot.

A stone pavement road leads up to the main building’s ground floor. Entering from the main entrance, the hallway leads to a breath-taking atrium, that connects the first and second floor. The stone walls, the chandelier, the cosy corner fireplace and open plan kitchen with panoramic windows and traditional large table give a luxurious sensation which, along with the guestroom and ensuite bathroom, complete the first floor. Going up the wooden stairs and on the sides of the atrium, there are two bedrooms with independent balconies, a bathroom, and the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, fireplace and large panoramic windows. The wooden floors of the whole house are of solid 12cm Swedish fir.

The semi-basement floor, even though it is not fully furnished, it has been built with the intention to be a separate fully functioning apartment. It has two large spaces separated by a rustic stone wall. There are also two storerooms, a laundry room, a closed space where the burner is located, as well as a space intended for a bathroom. The designated place for the living room has a circular fireplace which will be perfect for the wintertime.

The garden is nicely decorated with walnut, chestnut, and pine trees as well as firs, thujas and other ornamental trees and plants.The garden has an automatic watering system, with two underground tanks cover all watering needs. The barbeque kiosk as well as the tennis field are perfect for in-house picnic days, parties, and outdoor activities.

The heroic city of Naoussa lies on the eastern foothills of Vermio Mountains, one of the biggest mountain ranges in Greece. The city is situated in the west of the ancient Macedonian town of Mieza and the site of ancient School of Aristotle. The area, according to Herodotus, was where the fertile Gardens of King Midas were located. The mountainous areas around the settlement are covered by rich vegetation as well as peach, apple and cherry orchards. The city is famous for its beautiful parks, the majestic grove of St. Nickolas, the traditional carnival and great wine. Naoussa is also one of Greece’s top winter destinations as the ski-resort of 3-5 Pigadia is just a 20-minute drive away. More specifically, the location “Choras Nero” where the villa is situated, has taken its name by a natural spring which supply with water the whole area.
