The village of Dolna Lipnitsa is located in Pavlikeni municipality, Veliko Tarnovo district.
The village is located 40 km northwest of the regional town of Veliko Tarnovo, 17 km northeast of the town of Pavlikeni, 15 km east of the town of Polski Trambesh and 37 km from the town of Byala. The population is about 700 people. The climate is characterized by warm but not hot summers and cold winters.
Near the village there is a dam, suitable for fishing and the beach in the summer, and there is also the possibility of hunting various types of game.
The infrastructure in Dolna Lipnitsa is well developed. There are several grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, a church, a gas station, a medical center with a general practitioner and a dentist, a kindergarten. The village also has a bus station with regular transport to nearby towns and villages.
