Elegant villa from the late 1980s with wonderful lake view from the upper floor, in a private and quiet location but, at the same time, convenient to facilities. The western shore of the lake, where the property is located, is well known for its microclimate that allows you to enjoy this area all year round, moreover, this coast is one of the most desirable of the lake because it offers a high level of hospitality, with its renowned restaurants and high quality of life. In this specific area, there is the Manerba del Garda Lacustral Park: the first intervention in Italy for the study, enhancement and protection of the lake environment and fish fauna of Lake Garda. A very rare safeguard area in Europe and unique in Italy, and not far from the property, one can reach the magnificent "Rocca di Manerba," the unmistakable landmark of Lake Garda, where the "Rocca e del Sasso Nature Reserve" is located-a precious guard of endemic species, an open-air museum that tells the landscape, nature and history of an incomparable territory.
