Martinhal Residences is a new development of urban and elegant apartments in Parque das Nações. This is the most recent project by the luxurious Martinhal Hotels & Resorts.

This bright, large and elegant penthouse has two en-suite bedrooms (one with balcony) on the 13th floor and a laundry area. On the 14th floor there is a large living/dining room with glass doors opening onto the terrace and the kitchen open to the living room. Still on the 14th floor there are two more bedrooms (one en suite) and an office room that can also be used as a bedroom.
