One of the main draws to this village is its 3 miles of surfing beaches which have been voted best beach in the UK on TripAdvisor. The property will make an ideal bolt hole holiday home or investment property and is offered for sale with no onward chain.

Willingcott Valley complex is situated in a tranquil setting and comprises of approximately 70 apartments and cottages all of which are on holiday restricted occupancy with No 53 being 10 months holiday restriction.

The accommodation briefly comprises of a front door leading into the hallway with stairs leading up to the first floor with a downstairs WC through a separate door.
