Village of Pomoshtitsa - District of Targovishte

Post Code: 7839

With its authentic traditional look, this beautiful vintage property in the village of Pomoshtitsa is a retro lover's dream come true. The house is like a time capsule untouched in time that takes you back to a bygone era and makes you feel like you are living in a fairytale décor. At the same time, it has a kitchen, a shower room and a toilet meeting modern standards so you wouldn't miss necessary amenities while enjoying this beautifully preserved traditional property.

The interior of the house tells a fascinating story - the rooms are a vintage feast for the eyes, adorned with traditional fabrics and objects, and once you cross the threshold, you will find yourself in an entirely different era... The spacious flat garden, secluded from prying eyes, and the traditional old outbuildings further contribute to the mesmerising feeling that you are in your own time capsule crib.

On the ground floor of the house, you will find a shower room and toilet, which includes a walk-in shower enclosure and a boiler. Through the shower room, you enter the spacious kitchen with kitchen cabinets and other preserved furniture, which opens up to the cosy dining room. Through the kitchen, you can also enter the big basement, which offers a lot of storage space and you can use it as a pantry or convert it to be used as a different type of area. The exposed beam ceiling of the basement not only creates visual interest and brings individual flair but is also quite impressive with the masterful way in which the solid wood beams are placed together.

On the first floor of the house, you will find a big wooden balcony, which you can convert into the perfect outdoor lounge area. All four bedrooms are situated on the first floor, which gives you privacy and personal space from the gathering spaces in the house and makes this area a kingdom of sleep and relaxation where you leave the day behind. In tune with the rest of the house, all bedrooms have vintage carpets and preserved furniture. Another authentic piece in the interior that catches your eye is the masonry stove with pretty decoration, called jamal, which back in the day was a typical part of all old Bulgarian houses. Unfortunately not many have been preserved today, which makes this house even more special.

The property also features a summer kitchen with preserved furniture, which you can use as an extra guest space.

The garden is flat and very spacious. There are fruit trees, vine trees and free space for growing all kinds of plants and trees as well as relaxing and enjoying yourself while getting some fresh air and sunshine.

The outbuildings in the property offer plenty of storage space. Also, they can be converted and used as a workshop, for livestock breeding, etc.

There is a big entrance gate that allows you to park your vehicle in the garden and there is also a parking space in the street.

There is water and electricity connected to the property.

The roof is in good condition, as shown in the photos.
