The lounge has a wood burning stove to keep you warm and cosy on colder days, large picture patio doors to make the most of the picturesque woodlands, and the 45 feet long wooden deck.

The two bedrooms, come with king size beds, with furniture sets, smart tv's and walk-in wardrobes in both.

Outside the large decking hosts the Skagaard Swedish wood fired hot tub for 8 people, gas BBQ, Ooni gas pizza oven, terrace outdoor weatherproof television and rustic bespoke waney edge outdoor dining table seating 8.

Fixtures and fittings are negotiable. You only have to unpack your personal belongings when you stay.

Owners and guests have free access to Club facilities, at anytime i.e. use of the heated swimming pool, floating sauna on the lake, paddle boarding, wild water swimming, tennis courts, bio gym, rowing boats and canoes.

There is something for everyone if you want to, but if you just want to sit back and relax, the lodge is set back and secluded, away from the facilities, and one of the few lodges, that is not overlooked, giving you absolute privacy, where others don't.

You also have the choice of fine dining, at the Dukes head gastro Pub and Fritton House.

The Park
Fritton Lake is a family run private holiday resort, on Norfolk's Somerleyton Estate, and is currently run and resided at Somerleyton Hall by Hugh Crossley, the 4th Baron Somerleyton.

It has unspoilt woodlands, wild land, wildlife and lush meadows, surrounding a 2 mile long sparkling lake, at the heart of the Club, in over 1,000 acres of land, on the Norfolk/Suffolk border.

Owners and their guests, have full membership access to the Club and all its facilities, including a 22m heated pool, wild water swimming in the lake, and water sports, along with grass and clay tennis courts, kids adventure play area and pool, all ready for you to explore. They also have a full timetable, which includes paddle boarding, yoga and nature safaris.
