Completing the accommodation is the luxurious bathroom and separate WC. The bathroom has a large standalone bath raised from the ground on a wooden platform, to the side of which is a matching wash hand basin. The walls in both the bathroom and WC are fully tiled as are the floors.

Barclay Mansions is set within in very well maintained communal grounds and a drive leads into the left hand side and to the rear where there is parking for the apartments and guest. A drive leads back out to the road on the opposite side.
