3 bedroom newly built house with roof terrace pool in Estombar

This house with a gross floor area of 170 m2 is under construction. It stands in a residential area on the south side of the historic village of Estombar. You only need to buy furniture, because the house will be delivered key-ready with installations. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms. Special is the approximately 75 m2 large roof terrace, with fantastic views all around and the attractive plunge pool. On the ground floor is the living room with an open kitchen and sliding doors to the south terrace. Next to the kitchen is a utility room for, among other things, the washing machine. At the front of the house there is a room with sliding doors to the front garden, which can be used as a 4th bedroom or office. Next to this room is a bathroom with toilet and shower.

The front of the house faces north with a view to the old village built on a hill. The terrace at the back faces the sunny south. The house stands in a row of six different houses. In the future another (corner) house will be built next door. Cars can be parked on the street or on the property, which is accessed via a remote-controlled gate. One bedroom at the front has a terrace from which a staircase leads to the 75 m2 roof terrace with the lovely plunge pool. From here there are 360 degree views to the historic Estombar and the Monchique mountains.

The living room, the open kitchen, the office and the 3 bedrooms have air conditioning for cooling and heating. The living room has a fireplace that radiates to 2 sides. The kitchen is fully equipped with all desired appliances. Hot water is provided by 2 solar panels with an electric backup and stored in a 300 litre tank.
