Main house

The large open living room is oriented to the south and west and has sliding doors on the west side to a lovely covered outdoor terrace, very atmospheric due to the visible authentic but new wood construction. For hot days, there is a so-called 'Bali fan' here that provides air movement and thus cooling. The living room has two air-conditioning units for heating and cooling in the high section. Between the dining room and the kitchen is an inner door to a hallway where there is also the back door (or second front door) opening onto the house's patio. One of these bedrooms is the master bedroom, which has (electric) underfloor heating and air conditioning for heating and cooling. The bathroom with a shower and a bath also has the comfort of underfloor heating.

The fourth bedroom of the main house is located on the patio and has its own front door. It has a small living room and a bathroom with shower on the ground floor and a sleeping area on a mezzanine accessed by a wooden staircase. At the patio is a fixed staircase to the roof where there is a solar panel for hot water supply.
All windows and sliding doors of the main house have well-maintained aluminium shutters.

Outbuildings and swimming pool
At the front of the yard is an approximately 30 m2 small building consisting of two compartments currently in use as a workspace and storage room.

The 9 m x 4.5 m saltwater pool with surrounding pool terrace is elevated from the surrounding garden on the side of the covered terrace of the house. There is an outdoor shower by the pool.
