From Pengroeslon, head towards Porthor and Porth Iago via Rhydlios. On arrival at Methlem, turn right at the island and head past the stone outbuilding towards Ty Hen for approximatley 1 mile, turn left opposite the barn conversion. Follow the highway for approximatley 1 mile, past the entrance for Porth Iago, and the land is located on the right-hand side after a sharp 'S' bend.
