#TheGardenOfEngland

A character 4 bedroom attached period house over 3 floors, completely refurbished throughout to a high standard with stunning open plan kitchen/breakfast/sitting room, dining room, cloakroom, 4 double bedrooms, 2 bath/shower rooms, generous home office/games room, workshop, garden and off road parking for at least 5 cars and a caravan.
Wonderful rear views over the surrounding countryside and all within walking distance to this popular and sought after high street.

Built in 1867, 1 Grove Cottage is an attractive attached house which has been sympathetically refurbished in recent years to a high standard to reflect modern day living whilst retaining much of the charm and character. The property is set over 3 floors and is versatile to accommodate blended family living.
On the ground floor, the entrance is to the side of the property with hallway. To one side is the dining room with feature fireplace and alcove with shelving, to the other side is the beautiful kitchen/breakfast room fitted with a comprehensive range of wall and base units, glass cabinets, breakfast bar, wood worksurfaces, Bosch integrated appliances, space for an American style fridge freezer and double doors onto the garden patio. This open into the sitting room with inset wood burning stove and shelves to the side. Just off the kitchen is an inner hall with cloakroom and door to the rear garden.
On the first floor are 3 double bedrooms, all benefitting from fitted wardrobes and a modern family bathroom with bath and shower over, w/c and vanity wash basin. On the second floor is a generous double bedroom with dressing room and luxury ensuite shower room. There are some fabulous countryside views from the rear windows over the surrounding countryside.

Outside
The property has a blocked paved driveway in front of the double gates which provides off road parking for at least 5 cars. There is further parking available inside of the gates for a caravan in front of the workshop. The workshop is a great space for storage with light and power. There is a newly built home office/games room with light and power and double doors opening onto the garden. The garden is designed with ease of maintenance in mind with artificial grass and patio area.

Services
Mains water and electricity, oil fired central heating and private drainage (a newly installed modern aerated Septic tank communal with neighbouring property).
