Description

"We couldn’t believe our luck when we found Picture House Court as it is so unique, providing a private, quiet , hidden space right on busy North Street. The house is really energy efficient which has kept our bills low and the house warm, and the solar panels give us free hot water 8 months of the year. Within minutes of opening our front door we can be in any number of cafes or independent shops along North Street. We love wondering up to the harbourside only 7 mins away for an ice cream or a coffee while the children ride their bikes. When we want some green space we hop in the car and can be in Leigh Woods or Ashton Court in only 10 mins and there are so many parks nearby. We moved in here as a couple and since having our twins 3 years ago we have realised how great this area can also be for kids with parks, swimming pool and the wonderful Windmill Hill City Farm all a short walk away."

Picture House Court is a modern residential development built in 2018 which are built to a high standard and comes with the remainder of a 10 year warranty. This row of 5 homes have a secure gated access to reach the front door which can be found on North Street. Also comes with an electric car charging point, solar panels and MVHR system.

Being tucked away in Bedminster just set back from North Street, home to several popular bars and eateries such as Albatros, the popular Tobacco Factory, and Yafo as well as highly regarded cafes such as Sweven and Tin Can Cafe. Crossing the river from Southville, you are within easy reach of all Bristol City Centre has to offer. For those who work in the city, the commute by foot or bike is hassle-free, whilst the journey home after an evening in the city is also a leisurely stroll rather than negotiating city centre traffic. Just over the river in Wapping Wharf is the high-end development ‘The General’ with Michelin-star restaurants: Casa and Paco Tapas. Beyond these is Bristol’s scenic harbourside with its boat trips and water-facing bars and restaurants. With this house being minutes 25 minutes walking distance from the Temple Meads and close to roads which can take you out of the city in either direction, the location of Picture House Court is certainly key to its popularity.

A stylish 3 bedroom family home set over 3 storeys in Bedminster with secure allocated parking for 1 car. On entry, you are welcomed by a spacious entrance hallway on the mid-floor where you can reach the second bedroom, WC and lounge with engineered wood flooring and double doors out the decked terrace. The lower floor has access to the parking space and you can find the kitchen/diner including built-in appliances and patio doors out to the private courtyard. The top floor holds the master bedroom with skylights, family bathroom, third bedroom and the landing space being currently used for an office space.
