- The villa is not connected to methane and does not have a radiator heating system. The kitchen is supplied with a gas cylinder.
- For waste water there is a regularly certified Imoff tank
- The villa has a video surveillance system with 10 cameras and a video intercom
- The garden is illuminated with an automatic lighting and irrigation system
