Located in the centre of the village, Puddleduck is positioned opposite the pub and the entrance to Great Ballard School. There is easy access to the A27 giving rapid links to Arundel and Chichester. Major amenities are located in Chichester with a good selection of shops and restaurants and also a mainline railway on the London Victoria line. The South Downs National Park surrounds this location and there are numerous country pursuits nearby including walking and riding. There is horse racing at Goodwood and Fontwell and a good choice of golf courses. Goodwood also has the renowned Festival of Speed and the Revival which are easily accessible.
