The house is in the catchment area of the SS Philip and James Primary school and within walking distance to Oxford Train Station (0.8 miles)
Southmoor Road is a one-way side street in Jericho limiting the through traffic and allowing for convenient access into the Jericho shops.
Port Meadow is within walking distance as well (0.3 miles) and allows for over 300 acres of meadow land and country walks along with riverside walks.
