Perched atop its own knoll high in Cap Estate ON 4.60 acres, the villa's location is secluded yet easily accessible. It offers 360 degree views of Cap Estate, Rodney Bay, The Caribbean Sea, Atlantic Ocean and Martinique. The beautiful villa is constructed in an open architectural style from coral stone renderings to suit the ideal way of living in the tropics. Balconies, patios and terraces overlook the sea, and all the main living areas are open, blending into the garden. The house consists of three wings built around a central courtyard.

Covered walkways and coral rendered arches connects each area. The large sitting room has louvered French doors that lead to the courtyard. A formal open dining area can seat twelve people. On the ground floor are 2 en-suite bedrooms and on the first floor are 3 double bedrooms, all with ceiling fans, and en-suite bathrooms.

The amenities of Rodney Bay are 10 minutes away, and the city of Castries and the city of Castries and George Charles Airport 30 minutes heading south.
