The house is conveniently located within a short walk from the beach as well as the cafes and restaurants of the settlement.

From the quiet residential street on which it is situated, the house is entered via a private front garden with space for parking. It is arranged over three floors, extending to 260 sqm internally, and is set between garden at the front and side, with multiple sitting areas around. A big area of the elevated ground floor is occupied by the living and dining areas and a bedroom with bathroom, while on the first floor there are two bedrooms with one bathroom and the kitchen. The lower ground level has its own access. It is currently used as a studio but would work equally well as guest accommodation with two bedrooms.  

LOCATION
The first capital of modern Greece, Nafplion which was named after the son of Poseidon and Amymone, is one of the country's most beautiful cities and major tourism magnets. At the stone paved alleys of the Old Town, one may come across numerous traditional coffee-houses and patisseries as well as picturesque cafes and small taverns. The Medieval castles, the neoclassical buildings and the full of bougainvilleas alleys create a marvelous spectacle and reveal the city's long history. The property is located in Tolo, a tiny fishing village turned tourist hot spot on the Peloponnese peninsula. It has a history dating back to the Homeric times and has always been a safe harbour for ships, even acting as an auxiliary port to Nafplio and a later port for the Venetians in the war against the Ottomans.

Tolo has a long, gorgeous beach perfect for water sports, swimming, and fishing, and a lively fun town with tavernas and bars. It makes a perfect holiday spot for families.
