There is a large ground floor double bedroom while the remaining five double bedrooms are split between the first and second floors, but all have space to study and relax, so students will not feel on top of one another.
There is also a low-maintenance garden to the rear which has an open aspect so it receives a great deal of sun, and being a quiet residential area, it is fine for respectful barbecues during summer.
You can walk to the city centre with ease, and The Level and Queen's Park are nearby as are several fashionable pubs which are great for food too. There are several busses which stop on Lewes Road to take you to the universities at Moulsecoomb and Falmer, but you can walk to the art college in minutes from here.
